Description
The Marketing Department of Multikino S.A. runs numerous marketing campaigns and schedules screening of hundreds of spots on 184 screens in cinema theatres across Poland.
Over the years, the marketing team has worked out specific procedures and documentation standards for planning and executing campaigns. Initially, campaings had been managed effectively with the help of traditional office software. However, as the multiplex chain grew, more theatres were opened, and more campaings were carried out every month, it became apparent that a dedicated solution is needed to ease the managing process and to keep all the campaign-related information in a consistent, centralized system.
Our company developed an advanced application that comprehensively manages all stages of the campaign execution process, starting with the initial contact with the customer, and ending with the final analysis of campaign results. The application is being used by all the employees who participate in planning and executing the campaings – salespeople use it to manage contacts and keep track of meetings with clients, cinema operators receive detailed spot screening schedules for every week, and the managers get detailed reports on running and finished campaigns.
The system has been tailored to the work methods and technical solutions already being used by the Marketing Department, so the employees were able to start using it almost instantly without a long migration process. The application is capable of importing data from external systems and office documents, as well as exporting data in those formats.
The initial design of the system was developed in cooperation with Techne.pl and an IT specialist of the Marketing Department of Multikino S.A.
